When I was browsing the web today, I came across a new mobile network called GiffGaff. I was interested, as they currently charge a low price of 8p per min for calls, 4p per texts and Free GiffGaff calls. Well I thought to myself this cheap but it is only for pay-as-you-go mobile network at the moment and is beta which means testing out. GiffGaff currently matches the UK's lowest prices for mobile network.
Just to let you know too is that GiffGaff mobile network, operates on the O2 Network Coverage. It was launched in November 2009, and wants to be people powered mobile network. GiffGaff don't have call centres so they can pass the discount straight down to the customer. But I will wonder how long this new mobile network will last, and wonder if any problems will arise in the future.
